American painters and photographers have been inspired by the unique beauty of Maine for two centuries. Their experience of the diversity of coastal subjects and the play of light and fog is translated into realist and impressionist works that reflect each artist's unique vision. Here is a four season selection of the gallery's offerings celebrating the Seasons along the Maine Coast.
